Let’s cook.
- Prepare the Pizza Dough and Taco Sauce from the linked recipes. Divide the dough into 2 portions if that has not already been done.
- Heat the oven according to the instructions for the dough you are using. Stretch each dough portion into a medium pizza crust and let it rest while the meat cooks.
- Cook the ground beef over medium heat with the diced onion and jalapeño. Drain the excess grease. Add the taco seasoning and ¼ cup water; cook until the liquid has been absorbed.
- Spread Taco Sauce over each crust, reserving some for finishing. Divide the beef mixture, mozzarella, and cheddar between the pizzas.
- Bake according to the instructions for the dough you are using, until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
- Finish with tomatoes, lettuce, reserved cheddar, more taco sauce, and any optional toppings. Slice and serve hot.

Recipe Notes
From Justin’s kitchen
Make the Pizza Dough and Taco Sauce ahead when you want an easier dinner. Use any taco seasoning you trust and add the fresh toppings only after the pizza comes out of the oven.
