One Pot Cheesy Kielbasa Penne
This one pot pasta combines browned kielbasa, tomatoes, tender penne, and plenty of melted cheese in a creamy savory sauce. It is fast, filling, and especially useful on nights when you want a complete dinner with very little cleanup.

Let’s cook.
- Heat the olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Add the kielbasa and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until browned around the edges.
- Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the broth, tomatoes, milk, penne, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until the pasta is tender. Add a small splash of broth if the pan becomes dry before the pasta is done.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cheese until melted and creamy. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
