Lobster Rolls
These lobster rolls keep the filling simple so the lobster stays front and center. Lemon, mayonnaise, celery, chives, and parsley add freshness and crunch, while butter toasted split top buns provide the warm, crisp contrast that makes the rolls special.

Turn up the heat
Let’s cook.
- Pat the lobster meat dry so the filling does not become watery. Place it in a medium bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, chives, parsley, celery, salt, and black pepper. Fold gently until the lobster is evenly coated.
- Brush the outside of each bun with melted butter. Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until golden.
- Divide the lobster salad between the warm buns and serve immediately.
From Justin’s kitchen
