Easy Slow Cooker Chili
This easy slow cooker chili is a dependable mix of beef, two kinds of beans, peppers, tomatoes, and familiar pantry spices. It cooks into a thick, balanced bowl with a little sweetness and enough chile flavor to stay interesting.

- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat, breaking it into small pieces. Drain the excess grease.
- Transfer the beef to a slow cooker. Add both bell peppers, onion, beans, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, sugar, and all the seasonings.
- Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve with your favorite chili toppings.
