Orange Cranberry Bread
The perfect loaf! Just the right amount of tart and sweet. This is one of my favorite breads ever!
Orange Cranberry Bread
The perfect dessert loaf
Ingredients
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Grated Orange Zest
- 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup Pecans chopped
- 1/4 Cup Butter softened
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Cups Orange Juice
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 F. Grease and flour a 9×5 loaf pan. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in orange zest, cranberries, and pecans. Set aside.
- In large bowl – cream together butter, sugar, and egg until smooth. Stir in orange juice. Add flour mixture and beat just until moistened. Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven. Remove and let stand 10 minutes and turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
