  • 1 Stick Melted Butter half cup
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tubes 12 Oz Refrigerated Biscuits

  • Minced Parsley
  • Pizza Sauce

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 F
  • Cut each of the biscuits into quarters and set aside.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in medium sized bowl. Take a third of the biscuit pieces and dip into the butter mixture and layer into a fluted tube or bundt cake pan. Sprinkle with a cup of cheese and 1/3 of the pepperoni. Repeat the layers 2 more times.
  • Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20-25 minutes more. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Gently run a knife or offset spatula around edges of pan loosening the bread from the sides. Invert pan and garnish with minced parsley. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

I have several pizza sauce recipes on the site. The one I think works best with this would have to be my Zesty Pizza Sauce.
It’s a nice thick sauce and a little on the sweet side.  The perfect accompaniment to this savory bread.
